Order Acceptance Policy:
“My Little Flower World” reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/ or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the phone number, email or billing address provided at the time the order was placed. “My Little Flower World” reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

General Conditions:
“My Little Flower World” reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmission over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Freshness of Flowers:
We promise you the freshest flowers & this would mean that they will occasionally come in bud form which will last longer. If your flowers do not seem fresh 24 hours after pick up, please contact our customer care at “My Little Flower World” to inform us immediately. If, at our dissection, the flowers do not meet our highest freshness standards, we will give you the choice of a replacement at our shop or a refund. In your email, please include several photos of the “unfresh” flowers within 24 hours after pick up to be eligible for a replacement or refund. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process & transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. “My Little Flower World” has no influence over these time scales.

Substitution & Seasonal Availability of Flowers:
“My Little Flower World” strives to fulfill all orders in compliance with product description, however flower orders may be subject to seasonal & product availability. “My Little Flower World” reserves the right to substitute flower varieties when necessary, however we will always take utmost care to ensure the final product is similar in quality & value to the requested item.
Substitution & Availability of Decoration:
“My Little Flower World” strives to fulfill all orders in compliance with product description, however fabrics, embellishments, ribbons, buttons etc. may be subject to product availability. “My Little Flower World” reserves the right to substitute the listed above when necessary, however we will always take utmost care to ensure the final product is similar in quality and value to the requested item.

“My Little Flower World” shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following:(i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii)the act of any government or authority (incl. refusal or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of the telecommunication lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi)default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind and (viii) any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond “My Little Flower World’s” control.
Offers & Special Promotions:
1. At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer & they cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.
2. As our special offers are contingent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers or withdraw them altogether at any time and without prior notice.
3. Discounts apply for displayed items only & cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information:
“My Little Flower World” is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, current or complete. The material provided on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
“My Little Flower World” made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
“My Little Flower World” reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sales of products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. “My Little Flower World” reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. “My Little Flower World” reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any service or product made on this side is void where prohibited.
“My Little Flower World” does not warrant the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Refunds, Warranties and Cancellations:
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect info is given to us. It’s the customers responsibility to make sure to provide us with detailed and accurate information.

Cancellations to handmade giftboxes or sewn decorations cannot be made once an order has been placed!
Feedback, User Comments and Other Submissions:
