Why isn't same-day pickup or delivery available?
As an online-only flower shop (not walk-in store), we don't keep daily stock on hand - each arrangement is made to order, and we purchase all flowers, greenery, and materials fresh on the day of pickup or delivery to ensure the highest quality.

Can I customise my order?
Yes, you can! Please get in touch with us via email or text message on the day you place your order and submit the order number and a detailed description of the changes to be made. Please note, the price might change!

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once an order has been placed as it is custom-made.

Yes, you can! Please get in touch with us via text message or email on the day you placed an order, submit the order number and a detailed description of the changes to be made. Please note, the price might change! Unfortunately, orders already in process cannot be changed.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order (except for gift boxes) the same day you placed an order and we will process a full refund/ charge back to you. Kindly note that refunds will typically take at least 10 days for the refund process to be completed depending on the payment method you used to make your purchase and bank clearance which “My Little Flower World” does not have influence upon.
How long do flowers usually last
“My Little Flower World” flowers are all freshly designed and arranged, so on average they will last between 3-7 days provided that you follow our care instructions. Some flowers such as orchids will last up to 2 weeks or even longer only if proper care is given to maintain its freshness. Different flowers will naturally have different lifespans but I try to always include varieties that we’re sure will last the distance.
To know more about caring for your flowers, here’s our top tips:
Flower bouquets: trim the stems about 1cm diagonal for better water absorption. Fill your vase with lukewarm water and try to place them in an area that is out of harsh direct sunlight but gets enough natural light. Avoid places with strong ventilation and underneath air temperature supply.
Change water every 2 days!
Flower arrangements: make sure the pot/ vessel/ container contains enough water for the sponge and flowers to absorb. Avoid places with strong ventilation and try to place them in an area that is out of harsh direct sunlight but gets enough natural light. Enjoy your flowers!
​Why is the flower bouquet/arrangement different from what I see on your website?
The flowers, fillers and foliage in our bouquets/ arrangements come to us in different shapes, sizes and stages of bloom. We will always do our best to replicate the picture seen on our website. Rest assured that even if the arrangement you received is slightly different, it has been arranged with utmost care and attention.
Why is the handmade decoration different from what I see on your website?
We will always do our best to replicate the picture seen on the website but the decoration might slightly differ due to availability of fabrics, embellishments, buttons, ribbons etc. Rest assured that even if the decoration you received is slightly different, it has been made with utmost care and attention.
Can I request a return or refund for my flowers the day after pick up?
To be eligible for returns and refunds you should report your case within 24 hours of process to My Little Flower World via email. The flowers should also remain the same way as picked up. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product and reason on why you are requesting a refund or a return. In all other cases it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has left the shop. If a refund takes place, the refund process will take 3-5 working days.

Can I change my mind about any handmade decorations, sewing items and/ or gift boxes as seen on the website and/ or with discussed alterations in advance?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change any decorations in general as well as colour, size or material once an order has been placed. Every single item is custom made.

Are the handmade sewing items safe for children?
All handmade sewing items are meant as decoration only and not suitable for child play.
Any responsibility lies in the hands of the customer after purchase! Therefore, My Little Flower World is not responsible for any incidents or accidents that might occur.

What happens if an added personal gift is missing or damaged after delivery?
Once your order has been handed over to our trusted third-party delivery service, My Little Flower World cannot and will not take responsibility for any missing or damaged personal items included in the order.
